Why have I not been paid by my umbrella?
If you have received a remittance advice email from us it means we have sent the payment to your umbrella company and you will need to contact them directly regarding this.
If you have not received a remittance email from us please contact Payroll@id-medical.com for Doctors' queries or PayrollNursing@id-medical.com for Nursing queries.
