We know how important payment is, so we run a daily payroll Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) with a cut off of 2:30pm to allow for accurate processing.
Timesheets submitted before 2:30pm Monday to Friday will be paid within 48 hours of that day. If you submit after 2:30pm, you will be paid within 48 hours of the following processing day.
Any timesheets submitted after 2.30pm on a Friday and over a weekend or Bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
The only exception to these processing times would be if there is an error/missing information on your timesheet - in which case you will be contacted by a member of the team so we can help ensure we have the right information to process your payment as quickly as possible.
