I have been underpaid for the breaks?

For Nursing we have a standard policy for breaks, which is 60 mins of break for every 12 hours or more worked and 30 mins of breaks for 6 hours or more worked.  This information is set out within your agreement and any additional breaks taken are unpaid.

If a Trust has a different policy you will be advised accordingly as part of your Confirmation of Assignment (COA).
