How much experience do I need to do agency work?

You will need to have a min of 12 months experience within the last 2 years working in the NHS and 12 months NMC experience.  

However, we have a wide range of HCA and RGN roles available so if you haven’t quite got the right experience, we are able to look at suitable options that can help you.
