In order to set you up on PAYE we will need:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Account No, Sort code
- Statement confirmation from below
In order for us to ensure that you are paid correctly please could you let us know which of the 3 statements applies to you:
Statement A – Is this your first source of Earnings or Pension in the current Tax Year?
Statement B – If no, is this your only job or pension?
Statement C – If no, do you have another job or receive a state or occupational pension?
Alternatively if you have a P45 from your previous employment, you can forward this to us at Payroll@id-medical.com for Doctors or PayrollNursing@id-medical.com for Nursing, this will ensure that we will be able to apply the correct tax code for you.
